Exora Ink (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy.

This Refunds & Returns Policy explains what kinds of return merchandise we will accept, and what refunds can be requested.


Return Policy for Custom Goods

All of our products are custom-made to order.  Because of this, all sales are final.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • There’s a print error caused by us
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

To request a replacement or refund, contact:

support@exoraink.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on:

  • Sizing issues
  • Design approval mistakes
  • Or basic buyer’s remorse

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally.

Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
