2. Custom Orders
- All products are custom printed based on your submitted artwork and specifications.
- You are responsible for ensuring all designs are final and accurate before approval.
- By uploading artwork, you confirm you have rights to use and reproduce the content.
- Exora Ink is not liable for trademark violations or copyright infringement based on customer-submitted files.
3. Production & Turnaround
- Production begins after full payment and final design approval.
- Rush options are available.
- Standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
- Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers are outside of our control.
4. Shipping
- All shipments include tracking.
- Local pickup is available where offered.
- Shipping times vary by destination and service level.
- Once an order leaves our facility, risk of loss passes to the customer.
5. Return Policy for Custom Goods
Because each product is made to order, all sales are final.
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- There’s a print error caused by us
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
To request a replacement or refund, contact support@exoraink.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, design approval mistakes, or buyer’s remorse.
6. Payment
- Payment is due in full at checkout.
- All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
- We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods listed at checkout.
7. Limitation of Liability
Exora Ink shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
